The Elliot Pecan is a plump, round pecan that is very flavorful, partly due to its high oil content. The Elliot pecan is the favorite pecan of Oakdeal Farms. The Elliot is known as one of the most disease-resistant pecan trees that grow in the Southeastern United States.
