You will receive nearly 3 pounds shipped (includes box). It is approximately 24-28 walnuts. These are green when shipped, but when they arrive (over time) they will have light dark brown speckling on skins. They are still very fresh and useable! See pictures. Will be freshly picked (July 8-15) directly from our tree, green, unripe black walnuts. We live in northern Illinois so perfect time to pick the green walnuts before the shells harden. I started cutting up my batch for various uses, and they are great! To be used for tinctures, making Nocino liqueur, or even pickling the English way! :)
