With 4 different speeds, 3 mixing attachments and a 4 qt capacity, this electric mixer is perfect for anything from whipping cream to kneading dough. This appliance has been in use in my own kitchen, so I know it works! The bowl shows some evidence of use. The blender gasket has been replaced once. The only thing I haven't liked about the design is that the directions for attaching and detaching the blender from the base must be carefully observed--not totally intuitive. It has functioned reliably from day one.
