Hello, I have a brand new Holstein Electric Omelet Maker for sale. I received this item as a gift and never used it. I do not have the original box or manual, but there are plenty of videos on YouTube you can view to learn how to use it. Its pretty simple. I only plugged it in recently to be sure it actually works. Because it was stored in my cupboard, it does have small scratches on the outside surface. But there aren't any food stains or heat stains because its never been used.
