This bamboo cutting board includes four (4) color-coded, flexible plastic chopping mats designed to prevent cross-contamination between different food types. 3 of the mats are in perfect condition. The green vegetable one has a lot of scratching on it from knives. The top bamboo has some light scratches as noted in the photos.
