The Comark SK40M Griddle Probe Max 500F/260C. Max 5 minutes Use at a time. Type K Thermocouple. Used for troubleshooting and calibrating griddle service. Commerical or residential. Used mostly commercially but it also comes in handy checking temps on residential Blackstone griddles. Simply plug into multimeter that has Type K insert or thermometer to get temp reading. If you do not have a Type K plug in, Fluke makes an adapter for it. A must for any Commerical Service Technician in the restaurant industry.
