Base/motor only. Tested and working great. The base has some blemishes - the front left corner has some nicks in it, some spots here and there. One of the foot pads is missing on the underside. Cord has some discoloration and marks, but not any cuts. It is a heavy piece weighing over 13 lbs without packaging. I have included 2 shipping options - if you would like a different shipping option, please message prior tonperchase so that I can adjust it.
