FOSTORIA AMERICAN SQUARE CAKESTAND CAKE STAND NO RUM WELL

No rum well on this cake stand. I believe this cake stand was pulled from the mold this way rather than a chip. The top surface shows very few signs of use or wear, even when held up to the light. The glass is clear and not cloudy or hazy.
