Agave is ideal for all your sweetening needs and dissolves quickly even in cold beverages. Since agave is 25% sweeter than sugar, replace 1 cup sugar with 3/4 cup agave. Agave has a consistent mild flavor and lengthy shelf life (won’t crystallize) and most of all it’s simply delicious!
