Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly. Pour it into the water, stir well. What you need: 1 litre of water, 160gr sugar, 10gr jelly powder. Mix jelly powder and sugar. Leave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.
