This control board is from my Jenn-Air JDS9860AAW dual fuel downdraft slide in range. Part number of the board is WP74006363. I sent the board to SimpleParts/Corecentric Solutions in Carol Stream Illinois for repair. Corecentric is a top notch appliance repair facility. As you can see from the photo a chip was replaced. I sent the board back a second time because the error code remained F1-7. Corecentric re-tested the board and returned it asking that I recheck the touch pad. As it turned out the touch pad was in fact intermittent. This board is fully functional as tested twice at Corecentric and worked when tweaking the touch pad Cancel key (Aug 2026). Board is shipped in static bag supplied during the board repair.
