New in open box. Box is damaged. Box was taped shut and as a result the tape used made contact with the bowl. The tape was removed and left tape residue on the bowl. This can be removed but it has been left on for the buyer to do so. The bowl is new. Again, bowl is new with some tape residue in a damaged box.
