Tested and works. Comes with what you see in photos. Some riding/ paint chips all along the bottom (can be seen in photos). Everything is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Has cosmetic flaws (in photos), but functional on all speeds. Probably needs to be cleaned and greased on the inside as well (didn’t look). No offers please.
