This is a previously-owned, vintage Criss Cross Lattice Pie-Top Cutter, a plastic mid-century kitchen tool manufactured in the USA by Clough Products around the late 1940s to 1950s. The circular white cutter measures approximately 9 inches in diameter and is designed to easily press out a uniform lattice pattern for fruit or meat pies.
