High-fired stoneware is exceptionally strong and ensures even heating. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F. Before first use, wash bakeware in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
