Increase the non-stick power of your pan by coating the pan with shortening, butter, bacon fat or vegetable oil before baking. If the sheets end up in the dishwasher, and their nonstick coating doesn't get fully clean, sprinkle the problem areas with baking soda, then spray with hydrogen peroxide, then sprinkle another layer of baking soda and wait.
