I’m Candice — a displaced quality manager turned maker in the woods of Northern Minnesota. I create these pans by hand so I can build a life that works for my family and my 5-year-old son, Noah. The steel is soaked for several hours in astrong vinegar solution to remove mill scale and any residue from cutting and handling.
