This ring cake tin is no exception. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. It’s designed as a savarin tin, to make deliciously decadent, syrup-soaked cakes, but you also use it to make attractive moulded mousses, or fun pinata cakes.
