The buck probe design provides accurate, fast temperature sensing and alerts you to temperature changes in seconds. The probe is bent (R 25°). The probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F (500°C), the stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718℉（380℃）.
