The cutters are plastic with metal springs but I can't see the actual cutter part to see how it is made. The sections shown through the clear lid stand about 1 1/2" tall at the spring section; leaving 1/2" below the white separator. The sizes of the tops of the cutters measure between 1" and 2 1/4" wide/long. The shapes are leaves, a pumpkin and flower. Dated 2019. Roll out the dough, dust the spring-loaded cutter with flour and press into dough. Layer the cut dough onto your pie for an impressive decoration, then bake.
