Watch video. This is zojirushi BBCC-X20 it works as far as the cycles go but it is not heating up. I am not sure if it is the heating element or the fuse. But as you see in the video the cycles and Paddles are work just no heat, and this is why I am selling it for parts or repairs , no returns. Carrier may vary.
